1. Returns: We are delighted to assist you with returns, and the refunded amount will be credited to your store credit, which you can use for up to 12 months. Our inventory is constantly refreshed with new models, giving you plenty of options to find the perfect replacement. However, please note that we’re unable to reimburse return fees, which will be determined by DHL.

2. Return Window: You have a generous 7-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return, as long as the product remains in its original packaging, unused, and with all labels intact.

3. Special Benefit for UAE Visitors: If you happen to visit the UAE or have friends or family there, you can utilize your store credit to shop at our local UAE online store, Turkista.ae. Enjoy the added bonus of next-day, free delivery within the UAE.

How to Request for a Return?

1. Contact us: If you wish to exchange a product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. You can contact us via WhatsApp or email at sales@turkista.ae.

2. Arranging for a collection: Once you receive the return shipping label, you will also get a link to schedule a collection, and a DHL courier will come to your doorstep to collect the order from you for shipping it back to us.

3. Receive Credit Code: After we receive the returned order in our warehouse and complete all inspections, we’ll promptly issue a credit code. This code can be used for your future purchases, making it easy to choose a replacement product that suits your needs.

Exchange Policy:

Currently, we do not offer an exchange service. However, once your product is returned, the cost will be credited to your account, allowing you to seamlessly purchase a new item.
