Return Policy

At Turkista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns, and the refunded amount will be issued as store credit within 5 days. Our store credit is valid forever, and our collection is updated all year long, ensuring you will always have plenty of options to choose from. We strive to make the process as easy and positive as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including items under promotion and swimwear.

2. Return Process: To start a return, please visit our Easy Return Center. Once your return is approved, you will be notified by email with instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. The return shipping cost should be paid by you, so make sure you mark the shipment as prepaid. Please also print your email order confirmation and attach it to the order so we can identify it.

3. Taxes and Customs Charges: Customers are responsible for any taxes and customs charges that may apply when returning items to Turkey. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

4. Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied as store credit within 5 days, minus a 10% handling and processing fee.

5. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return it for store credit and use that credit to purchase another item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit your request through the Easy Return Center within 3 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will propose quick fixes for small issues as per our examination. For more significant defects, we will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible, including covering return shipping costs.

8. How can I check the status of my return?
Once the package is marked delivered to our warehouse, the customer will receive store credit within 5 days. You can follow up only after the package is marked delivered from your tracking.

9. Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is placed, it will be processed directly and cannot be canceled.

10. What if I lose my invoice?
If you lose your invoice, write the following information on a blank piece of paper and place it in the return package: Name, Contact Number, Order Number, and Reason for Return.
